“ Absolutely love this spot! As a local and regular customer, I cant get enough of their fresh bread and amazing coffee. Their pastries are equally delicious, and Im looking forward to trying their pasta dinner someday. A quick headsup this place is super popular, so expect a possible wait. Also, the ordering process can be a bit confusing if youre new. Order your coffeedrinks first when you pass the baristas, then continue forward to order bread and pastries. On my first visit, I didnt realize this since there arent clear signs, and we mistakenly assumed coffee was ordered along with our pastries. We ended up waiting around for 30 minutes before realizing our coffee order was never correctly put inso learn from my mistake and order in the right order! ”
“ There is always a line for a reason. First time I came here I didnt want to buy into the hype but the hype is well deserved. One of the best bakeries in Denver. They are more consistent with their quality than others I like and I love their rotating seasonal menu. I try something new every time but the best are the cardamom bun hands down 1, everything croissant, and rosemary herb boule. My only note is that the morning bun could have much more orange zest. Do not sleep on Bakery Four. The line is always worth it ”
“ Youre doing bakerys all wrong in Denver if you dont visit this little gem on the west side. Wow! We tried a bunch of things and everything was awesome, but the cardamom sweet roll is a must. Kudos to the bakers! ”
“ Be patient, there will be a line but SO worth the wait. Absolutely delicious!!! The pizza one is the best. Almost everything is made with their starter so is great for those with tummies that are sensitive to gluten. ”
“ Yummy spot! The light roast coffee honestly has a hint of blueberry which tastes amazing. All pastrys are wonderful. The breads and sandwiches are so yummy! ”
“ WOW. The pastries are seriously out of this world. Of the six or so that we tried, the savory onion croissant not sure that is the exact name is my favorite. Also loved the brioche. Shout out to Niama, fantastic worker! ”
“ Cardamom bun was our favorite! Also had the monkey bread and creme brulee danish which were delicious and the Iced oat milk latte was also tasty. All the staff was friendly and serviced moved quickly despite being busy. Hope to be back on our next visit! ”
“ Large space with plenty of tables, but really busy and hard to get a table or parking sometimes. Coffee is good, and pastries are excellent. The staff is welcoming and communicative. ”
